Construction work & your security

The construction project is carried out in line with the Developer’s Act (BTVG). All payments to the developer go through a trustee und are made only once a certified engineering consultant for construction has confirmed that the construction process meets all legal requirements.

To safeguard any guarantee claims, WOHNPARK guarantees 3 years retention from the day of hand-over. WOHNPARK has received the Seal of Approval certificate of the Austrian Society for the Promotion of Quality (ÖQA, www.qualityaustria.com). This certificate is awarded for proven top quality of products and services.
