Together with you, architects will plan and design your personal living space, from complete planning to individual changes to the planning proposals listed under Houses.
Based on these designs, we draw up a free rough plan and cost estimate tailored to your property. As well as the house itself, this includes all connections, feed lines and outside facilities. You will be able to base your budgeting on this preliminary cost overview.
All houses are built to the highest quality standards. Our low-energy houses are built as solid brick constructions. For your heating, we use heat pumps including underfloor heating. A solar plant will provide hot water.
