Payments are made only once the work has been done and only once a certified
engineering consultant has confirmed to the trustee that that all agreed-on
work has been completed. All payments are made through a trustee who is
registered with the bar association and insured. The authorised expert who
assesses the construction progress has indemnity insurance for each
construction project.
