WOHNPARK is an experienced developer that works with select specialists, is responsible for the planning and construction site coordination and supervises construction all the way to on-schedule turnkey hand-over. For our clients’ benefit, WOHNPARK as general contractor is responsible for the entire construction process.

WOHNPARK has been successfully operating as developer and general contractor since 1992. Mr Wolfgang Bittermann has been the company’s general manager from the beginning.
